Use the left-side filters (category, brand, price, season, style) to narrow huge categories. Sort by Popular or Newest to see what other buyers are actually ordering. Cards already pre-screened by us — unreliable listings get filtered out.

How do I place the order after I pick ACbuy?

The W2C listing deep-links you to the ACbuy product page with the seller and item pre-filled. First-time buyers create an account (email + payment password), then click Buy now. ACbuy purchases the item from the Chinese seller and ships it to the ACbuy warehouse.

What happens after I order? When do I get my QC photos?

When the seller ships the item to the ACbuy warehouse it becomes Stored. You get 3–5 free QC photos and up to 90 days of free storage so you can confirm quality before paying for international shipping. Bundle multiple stored items into one parcel to save on freight.

The agent will message you with the seller’s response. You can pick a different color/size, swap to a similar listing, or cancel for a refund. Items never charged are auto-refunded to your wallet.

Yes — extra QC angles or short video clips are available as paid add-ons. Buy them from the stored item page before submitting the parcel.

A small share of parcels get inspected or returned by China customs for declared value, restricted items or random checks. ACbuy notifies you with the return status so you can re-declare, split the parcel or refund.

ACbuy gives you the carrier tracking number on the parcel page. Plug it into your carrier’s site; for stuck status, contact your local post office — they update faster than asking the warehouse.

ShippingWill I pay customs duty in my country?

Possibly. Most lines ship DDU (duty unpaid). When your parcel arrives, your country may charge VAT or duty based on declared value. Brazil and EU have stricter rules — check your country’s threshold or pick a DDP line if available.

ShippingWhat are sensitive / restricted items?

Liquids, magnets, electronics with batteries, food, branded items and oversized goods are restricted on many lines. The shipping route filter shows which lines accept each category. When in doubt, contact ACbuy support before paying.
